M. Scott Peck says that "love is always either work or courage. If an an act is not one of work or courage, then it is not an act of love. There are no exceptions."
Spending months in a foreign country where very few people know me, where fear and laziness and frustration are realer than ever and almost everyone I have ever fellowshipped with is an ocean (and more importantly, several time zones) away, reveals to me how alarmingly little I know about true love,
how limited my capacity to love is when every single incentive besides His command is stripped away.
